Yeah, it's a bummer, but, it also makes sense, since Adol didn't exist 700 years before Ys 1 :lol: So it makes sense that it'd be some of the priests of Ys, sealing Darm & the Black Pearl, & sending Ys to the heavens! :D It's gonna rock!

could've made the game with Adol, the same way they did Army Of Darkness.
But it's fine by me, Adol's zero personality(or even dialogue) doesn't make me attached to him.
If you want to see Adol have a personality, watch the Ys anime. ;)
Adol probably had the most personality in Ys III since I believe he said more lines in that one.

Well, he has more personality in the games than Chrono from Chrono Trigger! :roll:
