The guy from GDEmu is doing a CDRom2 drive emulator for briefcase PC-Engines. Makes me mad about having a DUO right now ](*,)

It seems to be progressing pretty well judging by the last mention of it on his blog:

I'd like one, but it depends on how well it works and how it has to be installed.  I'm not willing to destroy a perfectly good IFU for this.

That's something I didn't think about. I was assuming I wouldn't have to destroy an ifu.

From what I understand, it goes into the CD unit slot on the IFU, but I'm not sure.

Wish it didn't rely on the IFU, it would be awesome to give CD capabilities to virtually every base unit using only the exp. port.

I'm really looking forward to the PCE ODE, I have the ODE for sega saturn and it works perfectly.
cdrom2 units are so unreliable I hate them :/
Cannot wait to off my duo when this is available =]
