The Tengen PCE prototypes are still for sale (except Popils). I know we got Off the Wall recently but it's not as complete unfortunately.

Someone needs to find and upload those roms. I can't see anyone paying that kind of cash.

They really aren't all that great and the sole reason why they get attention is because they're unreleased. Off The Wall was dumped with no fanfare and was forgotten by 99% of PC Engine owners one week after its release, those Uni Post and Tengen games wouldn't be any different.
