what is up with the title of this series is it supposed to be F1 Curcuit and its just some terrible engrish lol?

F1 is routinely called a "circus" or the "F1 circus" in the US and UK since probably the late 70s or earlier. There's no mistake here.

Yeah, I also thought that was failed "Engrish" at first, but it appears there's some level of usage instead of "circuit."

A circuit is a race track. The "F1 circus" refers to this:
