Title: Magic Engine CD Boot help
Post by: Ryuutsume on 01/23/2003, 11:35 AM
Hi,
I'm having some problems with Magic Engine. I  was wondering if anyone knew about how to make it use the system cards probably. I just can't seem to do it right. Also, does anyone know if the "Magic Engine cards" are close enough to do the same job?

Thanx

If you want to use the normal System Cards, place the in your Magic Engine folder and make sure they are named "SYSCARD1.PCE" , "SYSCARD2.PCE" , "SYSCARD3.PCE". Don't use Magic Engine Cards, the System Cards are much better. Magic Engine Cards have a lot of sound problems which the System Cards do not. If you don't have the system cards downloaded, you can get them at www.planetemu.net . ;)

also, some CD games don't work 100% (if at all).  definitely try ALL system cards with the game, though :)
