I saw one of these on eBay for a VERY good price (with the SDK even), and I might snatch it up depending on the answer.

Can the PC-FX play ISOs burned to CD-R?

Yes the PC-FX can play CD-R backups just fine. Also, if I may add, it's even able to play cheap CD-Rs beautifully with no problems. I have ran two games both on cheap labeless CD-Rs just fine.

Just did a quick search and I didn't see any with an SDK included.

How much is it going for?

I saw one with a the top bid iof $25 with the SDK, but the buy-it-now is $100. If ebay wasn't blocked on this comp I'd show you.
