which contains a v-shooter, respectively a one stage trial version of a v-shooter? was it an RPG, coming together with an extra disc? was it seiya monogatari if i remember right?

It was Anearth Fantasy Stories. You're talking about Cycho Rider, right?

I have no idea what the Japanese name for that game is. Maybe Seiya Monogatari.

Good luck finding an original disc! I think some folks here actually own a copy, but I'm not sure how much they go for now.

I have a real copy of Anearth Fantasy Stories but it doesn't have Cychorider on it to my knowledge.

I think there was a limited promo release or something that has the game. Like steve, I don't know how rare those copies are.

Thanks for that clip, D-Lite! I downloaded this game and played a little before and it's pretty damn cool! Looking back at that video D-Lite posted, it's more impressive than I thought with all of those sprites on the screen going at blazing fast speeds and a really cool chip tune soundtrack with sweet drum beats!

Cycho Rider comes on the CD from the Seiya Monogatari Demo Mook. I don't know how rare these are, but I used to see them pop up on yahoo auctions semi-regularly. I think I got mine for about Y2500-Y3000.

i bought the original copy für 3000yen. but there wasn't any related things to that cycho rider. so i definitely hav to go for the demo mook. damn :(
