I just noticed this game reviewed in the PC Engine software bible. I know it was unreleased, but has anyone here actually played it? If only there was a ROM dump to try it out...
It's an unreleased game (like Peter Packrat, Gods...). I don't know if the game was near completion or not. But it's possible that a proto has popped up somewhere.
Strangely I have no idea how or when I reviewed this as I've not played it. I am baffled and plead insanity as many of the reviews are based on things I wrote over 10 years ago, which is why I am updating and correcting much in the current site. I have vague memories of playing a rom, but logic states I can't have and I certainly can't find it if I did.

...speaking of madness, I have to get Military Madness for my mobile. That just might be the best mobile game yet. I just read that it won the best cell phone game award in 2005. That's a no brainer. 8)

Gods is one of those few gaijin games that were advertised as WIP for months but never released. I remember a couple of screenshots. The game was to be ported by PCM Complete, the same company that eventually did the PC-98 and Mega Drive / Genesis conversions. I
think the chosen medium was the HuCard, because I remember wondering how well/bad they would adapt Richard Joseph's soundtrack on PSG.
