hmm  just got a used copy of VASTEEL US version . . but it's ONE CD inside of a DOUBLE CD case ?? or do I have a missing disc problem ??   let me know ,  thanks !

If I remember correctly, it's because it came packaged with a thick manual and a map.

There are a few games packaged in a double CD case mainly for manuals/maps/posters.

haa.   I just got Vasteel today in a box with 30 other games.  It's the only one I haven't "tried" yet.  I'm kind of scared to.

Its not the funnest game  :|

That it is i got mine from ebay a while ago cib.

Comes in a double cd case and it has the extras you mention.

Pay a good bit for it too i've notice if ya get,Vasteel just in a single jewl case game+manual then it go's for less.

I paid 14.95 for a worn used complete version.

no, I was shocked too. Its been going for around $70 US for a mint condition one. Since mine was in crappy worn condition, I guess no one wanted it. It was a buy it now for $24 and I made the seller an offer for $14.95 on the last day of his auction and he accepted.

I paid around $60 for Vasteel and Cosmic Fantasy 2 combined off eBay last year, which was a pretty good deal I think.

Yes, the large double-case for Vasteel was due to the large manual that had detailed stats on all the ATACs available in the game. There has not yet been a PCE game that required more than one disc. Yet.
