Title: I am having errors viewing some threads

Not graphical errors, but there won't be any way to reply to a thread, even though it is not locked.  For example the Karma thread in the announcements forum only has "Mark Unread" and "Print" as my options.  No way to reply.  Other forums will let me reply.

Funny, now that you mention it, I have that exact same problem with the same thread. Didn't notice before.

Should be fixed now - was a permissions issue.  Let me know if you see anything else strange as I'm having to do a lot of manual permissions tweaking.
