This looks encouraging.

That looks really sweet. It will also help sell my friends on playing 5 player Bomberman on the Duo.
It looks like the game play and style is similar to Bomberman Live. Woo-hoo, eight player bomberman!
Fuck yeah, that looks awesome.
that looks pretty cool dude! :)
Need to see how the retailed disc version turns out so I can decide if it's worth getting over the Wii Ware download. Looks sweet though.
There's also a completely 2D Warioland game coming this year! No pics yet, but, just the fact, that it's 2D, let alone, it's Wario, makes me happy.

I actually liked Bomberman Land for the Wii (as well as Bomberman Land Touch! and Bomberman Land Touch! 2; I'm fond of the spinoff series). The frame rate in the main game's hard to take at first, and some of the training levels were as HARD AS HECK to complete, but it was still a fun game all around with a good use of the controls to boot. It's a little bit more than a collection of mini games, though, as there is an entertaining Story Mode to go along with it (defeating the Champion, meeting and being able to play against other bombers, rising in the ranks in each of the zones, and seeing the Director get tortured in many of the rounds), the ability to custimize the Bomberman character by equipping different clothing/accessories, and the original style multiplayer mode is included, as well.
I've been anticipating this title since I've seen it in listed Gamespy's Hudson Soft Company Profile (http://www.gamespy.com/company/025/025033.html), and it does seem to be excellent. I wonder when it will be released here in the US...
More Wario!

(oh, and if you haven't already heard, production i.g. is handling all of the animated cut scenes.)
Yeah I read about the animated cutscenes recently. I think that's so awesome, really brings us back to old skool CD gaming. And it looks like good old fashioned art, none of that digital cinematic looking crap from the millenium.
