Hey Guys,

I just bought this PC Engine Package on Ebay.  85 bucks

PC Engine with the box and inserts, 2 controllers, turbo tap, bomberman 93, and street fighter 2.


I think thats a pretty decent deal, what do you guys think?

Considering that it's boxed and what not, it's not too bad a price.  It's not a sweat deal either, considering that it doesn't look like it's all in minty fresh condition.  It's hard to tell from the pictures though, so maybe you'll get lucky and it'll be blemish free and only in need of a good cleaning.  The only thing that concerns me is the 'foam and paper' wrapping; for $38, you'd think he could find a box to put it all in to keep the original box in as good condition as possible.

Thats a good point necromancer, I will see if I can convince him to put it in some sort of cardboard over the foam and paper, but maybe because he is Japanese the paper is cardboard and the foam is styrofoam.

I received it today, It was in very good shape I would say but needed a cleaning, it is very very slightly off white but I think that is normal for a PC Engine of its age, I cleaned it up a bit and now it looks great, everything else was in Great shape and I am very happy with this deal.

I think that its a good deal. Thats something I would have bought! Enjoy your score dude.  :)

I think a good set with 2 great starter games get yourself a avenue pad for that street fighter though you will needing that. maybe 2 if you host friends. I would look for those first. you wont be sorry

I already have an avenue pad 6 and a copy of SFII, its a great game, but it doesnt hurt to have more than 1 copy.
