Title: PC-Engine Warnings on PC-FX games
Post by: Sensei on 10/02/2008, 12:39 AM
I just read this for the first time: https://www.pcengine-fx.com/PC-FX/html/pc-fx_world_-_codes___faqs_-_b.html

If you put the PCFX game Battle Heat in a PC-Engine you get a special screen.

Here's my question:  Do any other games do this?

I think it's totally cool that they put that in.

It's possible, I've never tried it. I remember hearing about Battle Heat doing that way back in the day but that's all.

Battle Heat is the one known game to do this, some others may, but as I lack any PC-E CD hardware to test them on, I don't know.

I'll second that! 8) I wonder if BlackTiger will add it to the error message page on his site?  :)

OK, I tried a few games today:

Battle Heat: Cool Music and the Pic I mentioned earlier.
Anime Freak 3: Nothing
Last Imperial Prince: Nothing
Chip Chan Kick: Nothing
Zenki FX: Nothing

Maybe only launch titles (I should try Team Innocent) Or maybe it really was only Battle Heat.
