Title: Manual archive?
Post by: zektor on 10/15/2008, 10:30 PM
Is there a TG16 manual archive anywhere on the net? It would be very nice to have my manuals locally on the HD (preferrably in PDF) to look through without bending/creasing/ruining my actual manuals. I could swear that I found something years ago, but I may be thinking of Genesis manuals...

you may also find some manuals on http://www.pcedaisakusen.net/2/28/4/2/Aero-Blasters-us.htm

but i'm not aware of which US games a manual is already added. ask necromancer for that :)

I've recently started adding PDF manuals to my site. I only have a few up at the moment, but I'll try to get as many as I can.

Replacementdocs (http://www.replacementdocs.com/download.php?list.18) has a few dozen titles available for download.

None that I know of (he's looking for the entire manual, not just the cover scan).

avatar loki had a specific part of avatarloki.com for exactly what you are looking for.  But they were court ordered to take the site down.  Apparently Hudson didn't like the idea....

Ooh, that doesn't sound good. That gives me second thoughts about continuing to put them up on my site now.

why hudson should be against puting manual scans into www? can't see any reason for.

was it only hudson usa who complained about?

i mean, they can sue anyone for anything putting up hudson related stuff into www e.g. pictures, characters, game informations etc. if so the whole meaning and freedom the www offers is no meaning anymore.

may be there where some other reasons as well(?)
