I would buy it, but I don't know if it is a "good deal" or not. All the games are solid, I can tell you that, and will provide many hours of fun. If the seller were reliable, I wouldn't pass on it.
Does the Supergrafx come with original box/manual? If so I would buy it too.

Just checked out the auction. Not bad, nice extras for using the 'Buy it Now'. I'd forget about Battle Ace. Personally I found the game very weak and boring.
You could pick R-Type II but you'll be missing the first 4 levels of the game. On PC Engine R-type was split across to HuCards and the CD version contains the whole thing. Unless you already have the other, I'd just forget about it. That leaves you with the other two choices :D
Battle Ace would be good to own as strictly a collector's item. Ya, the game itself does kinda suck. :D

I had been watching it and I have wanted a Supergrafx for so long I had to do it.
For those of you who were following the auction I took Gunhed and Battle Ace, I know it is not so popular but I want all the GSX games so it gives me a start on the collection.
Anyway I'm new here thought I'd say Hi.
I'd go for Battle Ace (since it has a higher value) and Gunhed (because it's awesome).
