Yes, but the video actually has been removed. (embedded one still runs on my site though)
I guess it might have been the music more than anything else.

Probably a hired company found the Addams Family via a text search and issued an automatic notice. The problem, however, is that the game footage does not represent any kind of news or critique, even though it is very lightly sampling. Arguing fair use might be tough. Still, a counter-notice puts a burden of evidence on the claimant.

Damn seems like every body these days on youtube crys foul on copy rights  :P Wich is starting to get ridiculous now shesh.
