On this japanese site (http://www.geocities.co.jp/HeartLand-Suzuran/9038/pce_nfs21.html), I discovered that there was a 1 Minute mode in Soldier Blade Special Version. Does anyone know the cheat code to get it?

How to put out of Soldier Blade 1 minute mode: In the title screen,
up direction key, press select, I button, II button at the same time.
down the direction keys, select, I button, II button at the same time.

I tried that sequence but it did not work. I think there is an error in Google's translation of that web
It says it can only be done on the special version which I don't have. I might try and download the rom later on if I can pull myself away from monster hunter world...

Not too long ago it became a short term fad to bump random threads from 2005. Although it might have only been Nulltard.

Yes, yes yes, I did, the 1 Minute Mode is drawn like this: On the Title screen you have to press
Up, Select, I, II "all at once" and Down, Select, I, II "all at once" will automatically start the game in 1 Minute Mode.
If you do not get the first time, you have to keep trying until the game starts in Mode 1 Minute
Nice, problem solved. Might be worth sticking this on Gamefaqs or something just so it doesn't get lost.
As for "necroposting", it's the least important thing ever, and I maintain that if it's relevant to the subject, it's absolutely the correct thing to do.

Yeah, it's one of the best shooters I know with 2 excellent stage tracks with an overall good soundtrack. Stage 2 & 6 I believe are my favorites.
It's really the top reason to own a portable Turbo Express. Massive replay value. I almost beat it on Japanese nightmare mode on one player but I chocked on the last boss.
You must enter a cheat to change the difficulties, all but one are English, the final hardest mode was left in Japanese to convey chaos/ultimate difficulty which I always thought was clever.
In contrast I found Soldier Blade forgettable...
