That grey bit. It's bugged me for years. Arg!
If you look at the image, you'll see that it is desaturated at varying degrees in many different spots for whatever reason.

But, for me, the edges of her hair have several spots that aren't as "sharp & clean" as I would have liked them.

You know that "random anime chick" isn't random....that is Rolfee, the PC-FX mascot...so she is very much NEC related.
She is, but she does look pretty generic, you gotta admit. NEC could have picked a better mascot... well maybe not for the PC-FX. All of the other characters on the banner have a uniqueness about them.
It's a shame Peachboy isn't up there, he deserves to be.

Perhaps the bald army dude from The Kung Fu would be more appropriate. If we could photoshop him having a fight with Guy Kazama while the ship from Deep Blue floats past in the distance that would be awesome.

Anyway, who else should grace the banner at PCEFX, people? Come on! Surely there are some underappreciated characters we have yet to mention! For example, when it comes to totally unique, PCE-special characters, I always think about: the bunny from Rabio Lepus Special (holy crap, I just learned of the PS2 port of Rabio Lepus (http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-r-49-kr-86-1-70-135k-18-1.html). Does anyone have it?).
Now, I don't expect him (her?) to be popular enough to be on the PCEFX banner, but...
