Yeah.

I can't blame him for thinking TG-16 was RF only, but, I'd have hoped that he would have done some basic research.

ASIDE:
I reckon there aren't too many TurboBooster(+)'s out there.

It strikes me that a "broken" TG-CD might be easier & cheaper than finding a TurboBooster+
