This forum should be renamed Street Fighter 1 becuase 2p is alwayas Ken :( and I cant do my hadouken.
But Fighting Street has those same fantastic qualities.
Hell I can't even do a hadouken with Ryu... even with the Turbo switches on!
It seems to be random, about a one in 25 chance of hitting the move. The Dragon Punch is near impossible.
Actually I think with the Turbo switches on I was more likely to do dragon punches than hadoukens. 1 out of 25 sounds about right :D .

twhen they did the translation from arcade to pce they messed it up cause the button controlls were different you had to hold the button down then do the specal move and then let go the button for it to work. on the pce version if ya hold a button down it does a kick or punch. its some weird timing thing that isnt accurate case there is so much latency w the controlls
