Title: how to weapon select in Bloody Wolf?

How do I select the knife (or key) from the top of menu? I was advised on using knife for armored soldiers on level 2 or 3. I noticed the grenades blow them up but bullets dont. How do I select knife? I don't have the game manual.  :-k

press run to pause and then select to select. but its been a few years not really sure.  welcome to pcenginefx

Oh I figured it out.  ](*,) The knife is actually already in his hand and when you are really close to enemy it stabs them instead of shooting. The inventory is automatically selected when you need it like the keys and scuba fins.
I guess that's why you should buy a game with a manual.

...Also just found the cheat code for "hover mode". Now the game is getting fun!
