Title: Blue baggies?

Every new PC Engine system I've gotten had a clear blue baggie around it when packaged in its box. Is this the norm for all PC-Engine systems?

Every complete system I've seen has had this that I can remember.  I can't remember about the Duos though, and I've never seen a CD system that complete.

I've have a bought as new PC-Engine Duo, pretty sure it has all clear plastic baggies, will have a check....

hmm I have gotten a couple boxed 5 player taps and they have the blue baggie as well.

heh my RX was bagged in a tshirt bag ^_^
my SGX and IFU were blue bagged
