Title: Tennokoe Bank Guide
Post by: CrackTiger on 09/10/2005, 05:52 PM
I just put together a guide for the Tennokoe Bank.

It'll be on GameFAQs soon, but if you'd like to take a look at it in the meantime, you can grab it right here-

That's awesome and excellent ASCII work once again.

Thanks. Even I need to refer to the translated manual I made for myself when I haven't used the Tennokoe Bank in a while.

I like the Valis pages on their site.

GREAT guide!!!! What a pleasure to read and look at, seriously :)

@ Darkcity: Ys Special Edition was never sold, he gave away CD-Rs to anyone who sent him a SASE. I have one or two copies (he gave me an extra one, though I may have sent it to my brother).

It was very kool idea to play Ys with different music ... though I can't remember actually playing the game (I just listened to the Redbook audio tracks).  At the time, I hadn't heard any of the different versions of Ys tunes,  just the TG-CD games, so it was a blast to hear new versions.

Speaking of the Valis pages (I love 'em too... I can't think of any other Valis pages out there) -- The last time I contacted darkman was when I stumbled across a Valis strategy guide on ebay. It was $20 and he was hoping to find a cheaper auction. Shortly after that he totally stopped updating his site.

It took like 6 tries, but I finally got the guide up on GameFAQs.

I had to butcher the title to make it fit their new strict guidleine.

It looks like they finally fixed my ID to show the other FAQs I made too.

Right now I'm in the middle of a Cosmic Fantasy 3 walkthrough and it looks like I should be able to make it all the way through.

Kool! I just recently purchased CF3! I'm totally gonna use your FAQ! Keep on rocking! Of course, there's no rush :) On my current list of things, I'm hoping to play CF3 before next summer :)

I only have Cosmic 4 Chapter 2. I once started to play it with the intention of doing a walkthrough for it, but was turned off by the Snatcher sections.

And since I now feel guilty about playing through a PC Engine RPG if I don't make a walkthrough along the way, its stalled me from starting a lot of games.

I still plan on playing through it someday and its more than likely I'll do it right after finishing Cosmic 3 if I make it through.

If only we could get a fully translated Cosmic Fantasy 3 beta from Working Designs!

I heard from a friend online that Cosmic Fantasy 4 Chapter One is garbage (involves tentacle seductions, I believe), but Chapter Two is much better. Personally I'm all for the digital comic parts of the game and it just makes me want to play them more :D .

I've seen at least one nude scene of Babette in Chapter 2. They're probably both as raunchy. I think that the digital comic sequences might've been added mainly to target the "date" sim crowd(if you catch my meaning).

Yeah I'm sure the digital comic parts influences the nudy scenes ;) , but this only makes me want to play them more! Haha.
