I'm not sure what you're asking about (spelling helps!) but that is not Mad Stalker on the PCE.  the battle scenes in Vasteel look more like that then the pics i've seen of the PCE ACD game Mad Stalker.  I was always dissapointed with Vasteel being so focused on the strategy.  i though the battle scenes had a lot of potential.

Like it says in that thread that game is a homemade mock up of an isometric Mad Stalker, the actual Mad Stalker game is a side scrolling action game.

Thta is the X68000 version, but i imagine its near identical on PCE.
