Good question there...I don't think this topic has ever come up in any message board (that I've seen over the years)...mostly because everyone that I've talked to about it says "Hugh" not "Who".  I think that "hugh" is the most common pronunciation at least for Americans...for the Japanese I'm not sure....

One thing after reading your message is that it sounds like you think that pcengine-fx.com is a "letdown".  Running a site as huge as pcengine-fx.com has taken 3/4 of a decade to get to where it is today and I'm always adding content.  I clearly listed those walkthroughs as OFFLINE BTW http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/smile.gif ALT=":)">  ...but for my next PC-FX World update I do plan to make some of those walkthroughs available for download, so watch for them really soon.

Walkthroughs always take the most time to create, but at least I will have some of them up for people to enjoy.

One more note, make sure when you are posting a message that you are logged in to ezbaord.  If you are not logged in and you post a message you won't see your personal photo. (even after you log in, your message won't show your photo..only after you log in and post a message will you see the photo).

How that I got time (on my lunch break) here are exact details on how to get that little icon by your name:

1. Log into ezboard.
2. Go to "edit preferences"
3. Go down to "Personal Icon" and either choose one of ezboard's icons (eg: www.ezboard . com/ezgfx/gicons/misc_2.gif) or choose one hosted by you, but it must be 10x10.  Then press "Save Changes".

To do that you need to go into your ezboard settings to setup up things such as your signature, photo and icon..I can be more exact if you need to but it is in your ezboard account settings.  LMK if you can't still get it to work.

Well, I can't please everyone with my updates   Though most of my updates are of the FX users list, what you don't know is that I'm always working on new features or specials for the site as well...and those don't come around on every update.  I'm also constantly working on other sections as well (like the TurboStation 16 site re-make).  As for the FX site, if you have reviews you want to submit, please do so.

Thanks for all of the kind comments.  I've not contacted any hosting place currently because I'm just not in a position to move a 1.3GB site to an entirely different server.  Links will have to be totally re-done and just wouldn't be worth it.  I'd rather close the site down (for now) than to keep the site up crippled.

I have a very busy few months ahead of me in my personal life, so I'm going to be working on my own stuff for the time being.  As soon as things start to settle down, then I plan to re-make the site from scratch in database form.  I don't know how long that will take but I will keep people updated.

Hi all,

Just an update for everyone on what's happening here at pcengine-fx.com...

First off I have had a PC-FX World update in the works for almost a year and it's almost time to make it live.  After this major update I plan to have regular additions to it every month.  There is still a lot of PC-FX info out there that needs to be compiled and added to the site, and this is what I'm currently in the process of doing.

Just some new additions to the PC-FX World site are as follows:

 - Greatly expanded PC-FX "Codes & FAQ" section.
 - Huge expansion and re-design of the "Photo Gallery".
 - New info on FX games that were never released.
 - More FX game reviews...and more!

Early August is the target date for this update, so keep watch for it.

Other small projects for the site are being thrown around, however the FX site is the main focus right now.  I know a lot of you have expressed that the Turbo Station section needs updated (and I agree) and work will vamp-up on that project after the new FX site is released.
