Realistic price for Batman?

I have been watching ebay for awhile now and have not seen many copies of this game popup.. I really want it but I don't think its worth the $40 price tag on ebay.. What is a realistic value on this game in today's market?

If someone is looking to sell a copy I would entertain purchasing

I got mine for $15 or $20 not too long ago, that seems more right to me.

I was lucky enough to come across a yard sale years ago, Picked up Batman and Gradius for the TG16. I got both games for I wana say $10. Cause the kid told me they didn't work.

Well, $40 is the price at which it's not selling (or barely selling, if you count the occasional lazy or impatient buyer). It's $27 at Japan Game Stock, but that's the price of a middle man with overhead and business expense who knows that the game won't sell immediately and can afford to let it sit around for months. It's say the real value is $20.

Just under $25 is about the going rate I'd say, unless it has jumped up in price lately.
I just noticed on pcedaisakusen it has a rarity rating of "Uncommon".

Yes, it's perfectly playable, but if you can find teh rare U.S. release it has enhanced graphicxs and mode 7.
