@GTV reviews the Cosmic Fantasy 1-2 Switch collection by Edia, provides examples of the poor English editing/localization work. It's much worse for CF1. Rated "D" for disappointment, finding that TurboGrafx CF2 is better & while CF1's the real draw, Edia screwed it up...

Action shows of the 80's, roughly in order of airing. Pick the best one!

Hint: the correct answer is MacGyver.

SignOfZeta

I voted Tales of the Gold Monkey because for some reason you don't have Dynaman on there.

Hmmmm, for me it was either Chips or MacGyver, MacGyver won though, such a great show

Picked MacGyver too. Too bad "Mr. Wizard's World" isn't on the list, otherwise it'd be numero uno. But he's not live action hero of the 80s... #-o

It was close very close but i voted for the Fall Guy over the A-Team loved that show when i was a youngster! :D

Sorry, I pretty much just got a list of shows on American networks from the 80s and removed everything that I didn't think was an action show. If it was syndicated or anything like that I didn't see it.

Never really got into the action shows, so I guess my answer would be MacGyver. I've never seen The American Hero though, which looks awesome.

Added Hawk. Is that Avery Brooks on the left?! I didn't realize he was that old...

I was at Fry's and was searching through the DVD boxsets and saw Sledge Hammer! I can't believe I totally forgot about this. For me this was one funniest 80s TV shows growing up.

The Greatest American Hero was hilarious. I actually voted for The Incredible Hulk because I watched that show the most out of any of these on the list. There were some real cheesy episodes of The Hulk, but you can say that about ALL these listed. I guess that's what made the 80s what they were. hehe

Yeah, he's getting up there now. IIRC Hawk had his own show at one point, and Avery Brooks returned to the role during DS9's run in the 90s for a Spencer for Hire special TV movie.

I voted for Tales of the Gold Monkey.  I've never seen it, but anything with monkeys and gold has to be good.
