- His loyalty, friendship, and business partnership with Psycho Andrew "Arkhan" Dildovich will always come first, so while he never broke any formal rules or harassed/stalked members, the backdoor relay games to his friend will always present a risk/threat, so just keep him soft-banned. He likely is boycotting anyway, but there's no future with backdoor connections to ruthless, destructive, stalker bullies like Andrew, so no reason to take risks with his mutuals is how to better explain the issue...
