Welcome to the Fighting Street area of the pcengine-fx.com forums.  Here you are encouraged to have heated debates, rants, raves, or whatever else you may have on your mind.

Rules:
#1: No porn or links to illegal materials (warez/ISOs/ROMs/etc/torrents/etc) (Posting of said materials can get me in trouble with my web host so I'd appreciate it if these items remain off of the forums.).

Pending Amendments :

#2: You agreed to a TOS upon forum registration, that is not suspended here, you are still bound by ALL of it!

#3: Veteran 50-post minimum requirement, this addresses _JoshuaTurboTrollX-16/Nintega/Nulltard sock/troll puppets, NeoGeo drama-only harassers, saboteurs, etc. If you're caught with 1-2 or more alt troll accounts for ban evasion, to create false appearances of support to troll a target or whatever other manipulative purpose, they'll either be deleted or merged with your main account and you'll be banned!

#4: Ban decisions are the domain of PCEFX staff! Friends tend to shill/defend friends no matter how bad their behavior... Fighting Street will not serve as your rallying point to harass, troll staff members, to lie about incidents or intimidate regarding moderating/ban decisions to get your friend unbanned, etc.!

#5: This is NOT 4chan, you will NOT be allowed to bring your 4chan-mentality in here! Doxxing intimidation/blackmail techniques, workarounds like weasel-hijacking to escape from full responsibility, etc. will be dealt with severely!!! So doxxing, death or assault threats are prohibited (which falls under the registration TOS)!

#6: Alt PC Engine forum admins and their allies won't again turn this board into a harassing spamathon to organize the sabotage goal of harvesting membership for their PC Engine forums... This was an no-brainer abuse that violated the spirit and purpose of Fighting Street even before it was explicitly stated as a rule, but bitter saboteurs did it anyway!

#7: This is connected to #6, previous civil war participants that tried to destroy, sabotage this forum, but are still floating around or who have registered again, will not have regular Fighting Street privileges (AKA revoked), normal modding applies...

#8: The target of your trolling need not participate, you're NOT owed a reply, ever, but if you engage in hound harassment whereby you stalk/follow your target outside of Fighting Street to normal threads to harass/cyberbully him/her there to force a reply, your FS privileges will be revoked, regular modding applies, related threads or posts will be deleted! This also applies if you're caught trying to instigate/incite/lobby external PCE groups/chatboxes (on Facebook, discord, etc.) to bring more drama/harassment/trolling/sabotage here! This addresses prominent cyberbullies Arkhan, Necromancer, _Joshua (again), Darkkobold, etc. What happens in Fighting Street STAYS in Fighting Street!

Fighting Street will remain Read-Only for the foreseeable future until a time when the forum regains regular posting activity with new members going forward, etc. It's not a helpful concept in principle to help regrow/rebuild/regain new members, having a drama section for psychotic, worse-than-Nintega saboteur dramaqueens to divide people, try to export them to their own or approved of PCE forums, so first things first...
