When I think of Sega Conversions, so to speak, I think of mainly first party titles by SEGA like Out Runs,  Shinobers, Space Harriest, etc. I'm not sure the Westone games or Cotton by Success fall in that category.  I really do think Shinobi on the PC Engine is the better port even without bonus stage or power ups. The music in it is great too.

I went to Sony's live showing event at a theater here locally. It was just a bunch of VR crap, more zombie games and FPS garbage. They also talked about rebooting the Crash series, like anyone gives a crap. The only thing that excited me even slightly was that they showed the new KOF in the previews. other than that, I didn't care for most of it.

who would fake probably the most common turbo game in exisistence?  people think KC is way too common, but at least it intentionally sold 1:1 with console.

Indeed. They felt their first CD release was quite ambitious and figured it would get folks to buy more consoles. Funny how that all worked out.

Always thought the Duo disc looked like some early 90's Win 3.1 clip art disc. The original disc isn't anything spectacular either, but at least it's got the original logo making it more aesthetically pleasing. But really, it was all about Cosmic Fantasy 2 and Vasteel discs. Everything else looked like crap.

Nightwolve hit the nail on the head when he said that the mock-tutorial (which lasts all but less than a minute) is really just there to have that interaction between Master En and Yuki. The spoken lines (minus the button commands) were taken from the script in the comic.

cr8zykuban0 did end up reviewing the MGC game engine demo of Henshin-Engine, thanks for that!  Although one fellow had some really harsh criticisms despite the game still being in its prototype state at the time, but that's gonna happen.

I thought it was a creative video and very different from the norm. For me, it was entertaining just because it was different. Granted, I think it would have been better off titled anything else really. maybe 5 fun games you might have missed? Or "here's some PC Engine shit and a puppet!" I was also expecting it to be more slapstick-y since a puppet was talking to me bout the PC Engine, but I digress. Kudos for being different, though! 3/5  ;)
