Quote from: NightWolve on 04/30/2018, 10:30 PMFrom what little info I found online, they were from a promo bitd. There are at least three variations that I've seen pictures of.Quote from: TheClash603 on 04/30/2018, 07:11 PMhttps://www.redbubble.com/shop/turbografx+16+mugsYeah, I'm surprised by that too, had no idea so many were made.
I just googled it and was shocked by the TG16 mug selection available. Note, I've never bought from here, just saw the link.
I'm not terribly impressed with the Adol one but that's cool they have some.
Anyway, I'd ask esteban where he purchased his. It never occurred to me to ask and maybe I even wondered if he had it made himself or something.
Oh, congrats on the new job, crazydean, hope it works out!
Quote from: SignOfZeta on 11/03/2017, 02:28 AMI've been drawing again lately and checking out the new shit. These Platinum Preppy pens are fucking crazy. So reliable and cheap, maybe the first practical fountain pen ever. I may ditch the red Precise V5 I've been using for fucking eeeeeeeveerrrrrrrr. In order to work so well they have some kind of weak-ass gel ink though so you can't mistake them for archival grade.Makes post about drawing. Posts pictures of pens. No artwork. Quality post!
I really fucking hate ballpoint pens, btw. I need a little bit of scratch. When I write with a Bic it looks like I'm drunk high and six years old and I'm only ever max one of those things.
Quote from: guest on 10/24/2017, 10:14 PMOK Gran Turismo Sport came and monopolized my addiction, see ya Sudden Strike.Xvideos? Is that like a website or something?
Quote from: esteban on 08/08/2017, 12:34 AMGood luck, comrade. Is there some sort of green problem here? Also, I still don't know what the ROMROM Amp is, as I can't read Japanese

Quote from: Flare65 on 08/03/2017, 09:27 AMAll it takes it to look/act far from normal to become a celebrity. Remember Honey Boo Boo (sp)?Quote from: guest on 08/02/2017, 01:58 PMHow this clown got to be a celebrity is beyond me...
Quote from: esteban on 07/11/2017, 04:13 AMThis is my coffee maker:What is a "coffee drink" ? Why isn't it just called "coffee with milk". That's sketchy...
...and I despise anyone who says they can do better.
Quote from: guest on 05/04/2017, 12:23 PMSame dude recently made this as well I guess:Ha. I was just about to mention that PCE SD thing to compare it to the LT2. Pretty specific hobby that guy has. While the stuff he builds looks good, it's just so niche. I guess I would rather spend time playing games than building enclosures for them.

PC Engine Genesis
The Genny has parallax and the wavy background effects in the lava pit and underwater stages, but the PCE game trounces it in colors, shading, and details. The Genny is also missing all the girlies you save, and who doesn't want to save tied up girlies?
It's hard to say any game is worth $100+ (or whatever retard price it's up to now), but it's definitely worth a CDR.So they're already tied up, eh? That makes it easy.
Quote from: hoobs88 on 04/12/2017, 05:06 PMAre you Billy Mitchell?
This thread has been around for a while but I never felt like I had a decent photo to submit.
Quote from: esteban on 04/07/2017, 11:14 PMSo wacha gonna be doing in SC?
Started long drive down to South Carolina this afternoon.
Must have all forms of coffee: paper cup, styrofoam cup, aluminum can, glass bottle.
Quote from: Bloufo on 01/08/2017, 10:05 AMBought an "untested" Model 2 CD unit relatively cheaply a few months ago. It had the base extender piece as well. It wasn't advertised with that. So that was a nice little bonus.Man, what a huge footprint the Genny 1 and CD2 leaves. Congrats on getting it going.
Things came up and I kind of left it be for a bit. Recently though I found a bit of time, and saw that the issue was the common problem with these Model 2's- the fuse. So the unit is back to life now.
Also managed to pick up a 'Megacart', for region swapping.
Quote from: blueraven on 10/27/2016, 04:16 AMWhere is Big Boy?!Maybe they did invent it, but the nearest one to me is like 800 miles away. Unsurprisingly, I have never been to Big Boy. I imagine that most others on the forum are in the same boat.
The place that ACTUALLY invented the Big Mac?
This poll... IS FLAWED.

Quote from: esteban on 10/18/2016, 04:22 PMThat is clearly not a full set. Where is Darkwing Duck?Quote from: Mighty on 10/18/2016, 01:46 PMI'm going for a complete NA TG16 set.
Who here already has one? got any pictures? I want to see what the full set looks like.
Quote from: guest on 10/05/2016, 07:08 AMInstead of creating another topic, I'm just hijacking this one for fun.Is the one in front literally wearing a bra and girdle in place of shirt?
Would you hit them?
Quote from: Desh on 09/10/2016, 09:46 AMSwitch and hookup locations found in the photo below. I gutted the RF box and use an externally regulated 5V power supply.Ya, that's awesome. I just don't have the balls to go gutting anything. I'd be afraid of cutting something out that's important.
Quote from: esteban on 08/27/2016, 04:05 AMThe day I fell in love with SNES...This is the first time I've heard of this game, so I fired it up on le everdrive. Wow, I thought I was going to vomit. The screen shakes when you move quickly or change directions, and there doesn't seem to be any purpose for being in the level. I still don't know what the goal was. Also, there is a button that makes you explode...which doesn't really do anything.
Quote from: Otaking on 08/03/2016, 08:12 PMI knew that chips=fries and crisps=chips. I didn't know you guys had restaurants dedicated to fish and chips. After a quick google image search, I am a bit jealous because we don't have as much access to such foods. I have had fish and chips in the States, usually at places imitating the "British Pub" or "Irish Pub". It's quite good, but I've never seen the mushy peas. That part doesn't look so good.Quote from: crazydean on 08/03/2016, 08:05 PMWhat's a Chippy?Chippy = Chip Shop
Chips are called fries in the US.
Here's what typical English chips look like, with battered fish.
Chip shops sell fish and chips and are everywhere here in England for the past maybe 80 years?
Most popular food here.
In the 80s and 90s they often had arcade machines in them.
Quote from: Bloufo on 03/13/2016, 01:06 PMI was going to go for something like that, but this suited me better. That's the one I use. It seems to be the best option unless you want to spend $200 on the one built by a guy on Assemblergames.com
Quote from: Bloufo on 09/24/2015, 08:13 AMSo I went just now and picked up the Duo-R. The colors are all displaying correctly now.I use white lithium grease pretty much universally on the inside of my consoles/controllers. I wouldn't use bike-chain oil. Doesn't that stuff get sticky?
Totally unrelated to the above, but I didn't particularly want to create a new thread for such a minor issue.
This is with regard to the Super CD-ROM².
What do you guys use for that stiff Open/Eject button?
I'm thinking something like bike-chain oil should do the trick. Yes?
