Lens received, stay tuned for more action soon ;-)

I don't need it, but I just wanted to say that I find pretty cool these raffles that appear from time to time here :-)

You really need to find someone nearby and try combinations of different system cards / IFU units / consoles.

BTW, nice 7800 games there :-) I like the 7800 too.

Quote from: TailChao on 04/15/2015, 12:48 PMUnfortunately, I've uploaded the Wario Land 2 covers I did to try and break the driver.
addition to an MCGenjin 2 or whatever mapper.
Why is that unfortunate?

Well done ;-)

Tailchao: Very good news indeed, and an interesting find.

How is it going TailChao? :-)

Edit: I misunderstood you  :P You are in search of the ad. Can't be of help, then!

Aren't both strawberry and banana tastes available on any UK supermarket, or am I missing something here? :P

Last time I went to UK on holidays I brought both home ;-)

I would like to take a peek at the ROM version if you want to post it, too :-)

Interesting information, thanks :-)

Ok, I finally went with the aquawayindustrial pickup. Let's hope I have a bit of luck with this ;-)

So you think the dalbani one is a reproduction?

That one does have free shipping, may be worth trying, 54 sold:

Taking into account the shipping it's twice the price over the chinese sellers, but it's probably half the risk too :-) Thanks a lot for sharing your experiences kale_criss. I'll probably get one of these.

Wow, 20 to 30% is... too much  #-o

This looks like bad RAM to me. Damn.

Do the glitches appear at the same positions if you power off and then try the same game again?

If the answer is yes, try to burn the same game two times and see if the glitches are the same too.

Do you have another system card to try?

Yeah, the Electronix lenses were "the ones" :-) Too bad I hesitated too much.

I was fearing getting charged more from the shipping rather than the actual lens pickup. I was burned because a few weeks before I had to pay an extra 60$ for a Game Cube AC adaptor that I got for free because it was included in some stuff I needed to receive (not a Game Cube). A bit of bad luck in combination of FEDEX + import duties left me a bad taste in the mouth...

Ok, not to repeat myself (I asked a similar question a few years ago) but I'm in need of buying a replacement lens for my PC Engine Duo.

Back then Electronix had it in stock but I hesitated because after writing them asking for the shipping costs I never got a clear answer (I'm in Europe).

Today it seems easier to find one: Electronix no longer has it on stock, but it's easy to find them on ebay or aliexpress, and the prices seem right and the shipping costs are clear. The problem is, I fear getting a knockoff copy.

So, has anyone got one recently? I would appreciate if someone can point me to a known legit seller that ships known working duo lens pickups :-)

Thanks a lot!

Claiming the fourth position

Ok, let me claim the seventh spot temporarily before I start climbing.

Interesante ;-)

That was quite an interesting interview Chris!
#23
Thank you! :-) I will keep my fingers crossed, feet included.
#24
Already saving money for this. Congratulations on such a seemingly well rounded work :-)
#25
Hey elmer, thank you very much for this version of mednafen :-) It's very much appreciated.

I don't know how many people would be interested, but you can bet I would use CA65 and LD65 :-)

My own account, cjameslv. Lost the access from the version without the final '_' so I had to register again  :(

I think it's too late for asking for one?  =;
