Name some of the worst movie's you've ever seen?

Some of the worst movies I have ever seen are movies that move beyond just simply being bad movies, they are bad movies that attempt to be deep or meaningful or arty, but just fail and end up being obnoxious.

Revolver
This is the only film I have ever seen in the cinema where the audience have booed out loud throughout the film because it was so shit and thrown popcorn at the screen.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0365686/

Secret Window
The culmination of the film is so pointlessly shit, it was painful.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0363988/

25th Hour
Simply obnoxious and tedious.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0307901/

Tree of Life is my goto "the director is jazzing on the screen and forgot he is supposed to make a GOOD movie" movie when this conversation somes up. Yes, it's technically fine and had decent actors, but it did nothing for me(maybe I'm too le dumb), and I'll never watch it again.

Cloud Atlas was just too long...I recall one or two parts/segments being good. But def something I'll never watch again.

Gods of Egypt was so bad, the four of us watching all decided to stop halfway through and delete the file. It was garbage.

As for bad-bad...we always have Torque.

Off the top of my head, Three Ninjas: High Noon at Mega Mountain. I expected it to be bad, but in a way I could laugh at. Turns out it's just painful to watch.

My friend and I once flipped to HBO to find Nothing But Trouble playing. I think we vegged in front of it for about 40 minutes before shutting off the TV.

For months after, we talked about how there was something about that movie that made us physically ill. I'm not exaggerating, either, we felt sick, and we called it a night right then and there. I've never experienced anything quite like it with any other movie.

seieienbu

Queen of the Damned was like, the least fun to watch awful movie I've ever seen.  The Day After Tomorrow remains the only movie I've ever walked out of a theater before it was over.  The ending of Bless The Child is probably the worst single scene I've ever witnessed in any film.

Battlefield Earth, didn't even know it was scientology propoganda at the time.

Tarantino's Death Proof. My worst experience of a movie saw in a theater. All that blah, blah, blah was unbearable. During the whole movie I wanted to burst my ears and eyes.

I don't think I've ever hated a movie as much as I hated Antichrist.

Ugh, The Gods Must Be Crazy and The Last Emperor.  They may be highly acclaimed, award winning movies, but I couldn't stand them.

Man that didn't look good from the trailer. That seemed like one of those movies that had so little depth but "OH IT'S GOT YER TWO FAVV ACTORS IN IT AND THEYLL DO IT NAKED AND KISS." I loved Chris Pratt as Andy Dwyer, he was consistently funny. But now he's consistently in every major blockbuster and I'm sick of seeing his face in commercials and on late night talk shows.

Too many films coming out now look like total garbage with a large portion of them being superhero Marvel movies.

Oh, I didn't like Deadpool. Didn't think it was funny or entertaining.

I saw it as the second movie in a double feature with Planet Terror.  I don't know if I'd dislike the movie as much on its own, but it was a pretty big letdown after Planet Terror.  I don't know how a film with Kurt Russel as a psycho killer could've gone so wrong; man it was boring.

I walked out of:

The Haunting with Liam Neeson
Astroboy
Speed Racer

I am dissapoint:

Cannibal: The Musical - It's nothing like Rocky Horror. Please stop saying it's the "sequel"
Interstellar - Most overrated trash sci-fi with a garbage storyline. They could have cut off the first hour of the movie and it wouldn't have made a difference.
Trash & Progress - 1984 meets Dune, filmed at Burning man? W.T.F.
The Last Samurai - I shouldn't have to explain this one.
Left Behind - This was a screaming shitpile that I couldn't even make it through. I wasn't aware Nicholas Cage was still acting, but apparently he has made 15 movies since Gone in 60 Seconds that all have the same plot and he plays the same guy and screams a ton.

Starship Troopers 3: Marauder

I liked the first one, and even the second was OK, but this one just falls flat.  Half way through the movie you have idea what the plot is....they are supposed to fight aliens at some point right?  And the awkward  engagement of two characters at the end was just plain weird.  Two people that have no scenes together or talk to each other throughout the movie announce an engagement two minutes before the credits roll??

JoshTurboTrollX

I thought "The Grey" was an abomination.  Felt like it was filmed over a weekend.

"The Room" is terrifically terrible, which makes it enjoyable sure, but it truly is a horribly made film.

I recently saw "Nerve" and disliked it, but wouldn't call it one of the worst of all times.  I thought it had nice visuals, a nice soundtrack and a few moments of almost great ideas, but falls flat with idiotic characters doing even more idiotic things.  Oh well...

There are actually a few movies that I know for sure are AWFUL movies, but I enjoy them anyway.  Films like "The Barbarians" or "Super Mario Bros." or even "Double Dragon" are so very very bad, yet I laugh and smile through them with quite positive enjoyment.
Jossshhhhh...Legendary TurboTrollX-16: He revenge-bans PCE Developers/Ys IV Localizers from PCE Facebook groups and destroyed 2 PC Engine groups: one by Aaron Lambert on Facebook, then the other by Aaron Nanto!!! Yes, it made me physically Ill as well, and Tupac/Digital Underground couldn't save this movie eve though they had a cameo in the beginning. I've loved everything Ackroyd did until this horrid movie. I was trying to think of the title when I was making my original post but I thought it was just a bad dream.

"The film's working title was Valkenvania and it was promoted under this title in a December 1990 Starlog article.

According to one biography, Chase "knew that the film was going to be the worst film he would ever make", but because of his friendship with Aykroyd, he accepted the role of Chris Thorne. Reflecting on the film some years later, it was noted as an "unfortunate turning point" in Aykroyd's career that, as the director, writer and star, left "only (Aykroyd) to blame for the film's spectacular failure".

I was pretty disappointed by this one as well, thought it would be a lot funnier than it actually wound up being. Never heard anyone refer to it as being the sequel to The Rocky Horror Picture Show though (Shock Treatment was the sequel) and don't really see why someone would think of it that way.

At first I didn't know what you two were talking about.

I SAW THIS IN THE THEATER.

I couldn't even watch the entire thing.

My friends and I rarely left the movies (we paid, after all)...

But this, and Harry and the Hendersons... we walked out of those.

I can't actually remember anything about Harry and the Hendersons, so I reserve judgement until I can see it again.

WHAT IS SAD is that now I have a morbid desire to watch both Nothing But Trouble and Harry and the Hendersons, DOUBLE FEATURE.

I am serious.

OH GOD, the Coneheads movie was atrocious. Horrible.

From IMDB:

Roger Ebert famously hated [Nothing But Trouble] so much that he refused to write a review for it after giving it one of his most emphatic "thumbs down" reviews ever on Siskel & Ebert at the Movies (1986). On the show, Ebert said that when he went to a weeknight showing of the film in 1991, the theatre was almost abandoned except for him, a few lone adults, and several teenagers who were making loud, rude comments at the screen; Ebert famously went over to the teens and asked them to be even louder so he didn't have to listen to the terrible movie anymore.

Lawnmower Man... I have to rewatch it, but it was a pretty lame film, from what I remember.

GunHed was a stinker, for me. Maybe I had higher hopes? My friend got it on bootleg VHS as soon as it was possible in the States.  What is funny is that we had *no idea* that Blazing Lazers = GunHed. It was his favorite TG-16 game, too (probably me, too).

Robot Jox? That stupid movie was more fun than GunHed.

Agreed. At least the first film was fun when it was released....it had a novelty at the time.

I would say the sequels are the truly horrid piles of garbage.

Note: I am not a Matrix fan, but I admit it was fun to see first film in theater.

Vecanti

Mad Max Fury Road, I don't even know we're to start. First they nuetured Mad Max. He didn't even need to be in the movie other than to say, "Woman can't do stuff they need a man." Furiosa was actually an okay character. If the movie was juat a spin off of her in the Mad Max universe it might have been better. She was kind of kick ass. Mad Max was just a pussy.

Yeah, it looked like the Mad Max movies, but wasn't as dark in it's message at all.  There was stuff that was lame/cheesy like the flame thrower guitar guy. I was looking around the theatre like is this for real? So cheesy. That and the entire second movie is about how precious fuel is and so many people die for it. Fuel is more precious than any anything like gold or even life, yet this guys in Fury Road is just flame thrower-ing fuel all over.

That and it's a 2 hour car chase!  I love great car chase scenes, but I was okay, when is the movie going to start for like an hour before I gave up and realized the car chase never ends.

The first Mad Max when his wife and son die it's brutal. Mad Max is a hard core badass surviver. The original movies are like I said dark and appocolylic in more than just what you see on screen.  Fury Road was just another Hollywood, well we can't think of anything  original ourselves and we have a 1/4 billion dollars to spend. Let's make some Mad Max cars!!

The Lawnmower man was pretty terrible as far as horor flicks go, but not as bad as

"Leprechaun 4, Leprechaun in Space" or whatever the fuck that craptastic bilgefest of a movie was called.

I got through 4 minutes and then skipped to the ending, the leprechaun is giving them the middle finger from outside the ship. I didn't watch how the hell this happened or if anyone/who died. I was just glad that Netflix had a button so I would never have to see it in my feed again.

OldRover

Most movies made from games are horrible. Double Dragon, Street Fighter, and Warcraft were all immeasurably sucky, though at least Street Fighter, while being a terrible movie, is still watchable... so bad it's good... and kinda fun if you don't mind the fact that it breaks canon so much that you're left wondering who the fuck the good guys really are. Other stinkers of note are the reboot of Ghostbusters, the remake of The Karate Kid, and Bay's abomination with the TMNT... I'm not a fan of reboots, remakes, or licensed franchise movies in the first place, so when they suck, I really notice. Oh, and then there's that completely nauseating Behind The Scenes Of Mysterious Song... whoever made that pile of tripe deserves to be locked up in a cutting room for a thousand years and forced to watch Legally Blonde 2 on repeat (another crappy movie, though not as bad as the others listed here).
Turbo Badass Rank: Janne (6 of 12 clears)

I enjoy movies that folks think are "shitty", too.

For example, Howard the Duck is pretty awesome, actually. I know, it is a stupid, ridiculous movie....but it is fun and has lots of absurd stuff that still entertain me (I didn't see it in the theatre, but as soon as it was on TV).

I don't think I've seen any of the Leprechaun movies from start to finish (except the first one, i think...I seem to remember laughing my arse off with my brothers over one of those films).

Anyway, the stupid scenes i have watched from random Leprechaun films are far better than The Coneheads.

Its been said already but Nothing But Trouble was very bad which is surprising considering the cast.

Now the movie im going to nominate is a kids movie but let me tell you, I can honestly say this movie is absolutely terrible even by kids standards. Let me set up the scenario for you guys.

Many years ago I was a projectionist at a movie theater. during the summer months we would host summer movie camps, basically summer camps bring there kids to the movies and we will show some random kids movie. The movies were always quite new so it wasnt very exciting work. Well one day the for summer movie cam we got GOBOTS: BATTLE OF THE ROCKLORDS!!!!! I was excited. This must have been in 2003ish and we got 35mm prints for a 1986 children movies! I call all my friends and told them to come to the theater after it closes to watch this masterpiece on the big screen. As you could guess me and about 10 friends went from super excited to completely bummed all within five minutes of this movie. The worst part was since I was the projectionist who volunteered to watch the print I had to sit there are watch the whole turd to make sure there was no screw ups on the print. I guess there is a reason gobots are rarely ever talked about

Of course, I don't remember anything about the Gobots cartoon.

Well, I do remember some character who says "Let's blow this pop stand" .... possibly as a catch phrase.

And that is my only tangible, lasting memory of the show.

I only had a vague memory of the show and toys. They were good memories. Until that summer. The original Transformers movie holds up after all this time but for the love of god if you must watch the Gobots movie at the very least be halfway through an 18 pack. I suppose if you know going into it its going to be something truly awful you may be able to watch it in a mystery science theater way.

Hm, I loved "Nothing But Trouble," I thought that was considered a fun, respected, albeit weird comedy in the mold of and back in the BeetleJuice BeetleJuice BeetleJuice era of the 80s.

And who can forget the iconic Humpty Hump character by Shock G and his hit single The Humpty Dance making it into the movie, where he succeeds in proving his worth to live by rapping his way out of Big Trouble with the "illegal alien" executioner judge digging his groove and letting him leave alive. :P

This is American storytelling and movie magic at its finest if you ask me, I urge you to reconsider placing it in a worst movie category, my fellow PCE turbro... :)
