Lots of spam lately

So why do we have so much spam all of a sudden that I need to delete?  How are these members with strange usernames getting through?

I just approved a huge batch of accounts, that's why.  But after today, any account should be a real human as I've implemented anti-spam questions into the registration process.  Still won't keep Ninny out, but that's an entirely different problem....
