I don't really know every single TG-16 title released in the US as you may have read from my introduction thread, but what should be added to the Wii Virtual Store? I wanna see "Splatterhouse" and "Legend Of Hero Tonma" all the way!
I would like to see any Japanese game translated :) .

Splatterhouse would be nice i supose so.
Still that's like pulling teeth and it seems namco has been stubborn on that.
They have had many chances to release it on the museum serise, but have fail to do so
Still i'd pay to see it but i see it as wishful thinking.
Hopefully Magical Chase will get released, so people don't have to pay so much just to play an official version on a console and it might also bring down the collector's price.

I second that one..
China Warrior!!!!! I would buy 6 Wiis for this.
Dragon Spirit
Dragon's Curse :)
I'd also love to see more multiplayer games coming out, as I have no interest in a single player game on my Wii. So we need more games like Battle Load Runner

+1 for Splatterhouse and Magical Chase. I'd also like to see Cadash, Neutopia III, and Tongueman's Logic. :)
I thought they were supposed to be able to emulate CDs? If so, it's about time they started that, Gate of Thunder and Ys I.II as the first releases.
I forgot about "Side Arms", and can they really emulate the CD games? If that's the case, I'm hoping that they'll get "Fighting Street" on there sometime in the future.

Me too :D . Maybe once the independent download service for Wii is out that will happen.
Last Alert!........ =D>

Why??? I hope you're just looking to see the origins of the Street Fighter franchise, 'cause that game plays like ass. To each his own (or her own) - my taste is questionable as I've been known to enjoy Sherlock Holmes.
I'm a sucker for cheesy and bad games, but Fighting Street is a game that even I can't get into!

Hey! I love the original Street Fighter! I can't understand why so many people think it sucks. It came out in 1987, for crying out loud!

That's cuz it sucks :) It doesn't hold a candle to, well, ANY fighting game. The graphics are junk, the control is sloppy, what's not to hate? :)

Come on, you seriously think Street Fighter can't hold a candle to Karate Champ? Also, I know that the graphics looked cool at the time. :)

Actually, Karate Champ is a much better game :) Well I picked up Fighting Street not long after release, and I was pretty disappointed with the graphics even then :) Not sure what year the graphics looked cool, but must have been before I was born :)

I agree, IMO Karate champ was a much better fighting game (especially the vs. sequel) than SF/FS. SF certainly looks better, but the controls are just absolute junk.

I just can't get around the clunky controls. Some of the backgrounds look good, the music ain't too bad, the (unintelligible) voice samples mimic the arcade, and I've seen worse sprite animation. But the controls, or lack thereof, ruin the game. Perhaps I just suck, but the special moves are damn near impossible (unless a cheat is used). NES's Double Dragon is the same vintage, yet it controls better with a comparable amount of moves. Of course, it doesn't look or sound anywhere near as good as Fighting Street, but I'll take controllability over eye and ear candy.

Street Fighter came out a couple years earlier than Fighting Street. :)
OK guys, back in the day, at the arcade, Street Fighter looked very kool. You must be jaded if you don't think it looked kool.
Even now, I still think it looks decent.
Now, I'm just talking about the way it looks. :)

True, good point :) Never got a chance to play the arcade (never even seen it).

No, you couldn't be more wrong :) My little 12 year old cousin could draw better sprites. Come on :)

Bonk III
Magicial Chase
Given how the u.s version cost so much :P
Karate Champ was a piece of crap. Now THAT'S a game that's overrated! Street Fighter definately one upped that shit.
Urban champion is a better fighting game than the first street fighter.
Well, Urban Champion happens to be the best fighting game ever.

Actually, I've gotten used to the controls in Fighting Street/Street Fighter and a well placed move can give you an easy victory. The game is actually quite fun once you do get used to the controls which is why I'm one of the bare few who like Fighting Street/Street Fighter.
Vasteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel! (You can never hold the "E" too long on that goofy title).
Besides, Valis is still copyright Telenet and they use those characters for anime porn. True story.
That's not it either. :P
Actually, there's a connection between other mentioned things.

I'm sure we all know about that by now, Joe. But yeah, Telenet really fucked the franchise over with the new Valis porn game. I'll be amazed if they could do anything afterwards to restore its reputation. I'm (still) hoping for an anime series myself.

Valis X (cross) (http://www.bb5.jp/soft/soft_data_out.php?titleno=1127) - Don't say you weren't warned.
Just when I was about to remind everyone that Karateka for the Atari 7800 is the worst fighting game ever, I saw this nonsense about a Valis Porn game?
Is it hard core or soft core? I'm not into it if I can't see a girl in the aforementioned chainmail and bikini getting lumberjacked by a couple of female baddies sporting strap-ons.
Anyone want to take the over/under on my warning email from Nanto about this post? The line is 3 hours. Who's got over, who's got under??
I guess tentacles qualify as hard core. :o
Sega-16 had an article about this, that's where I first heard about it. http://www.sega-16.com/Valis-%20Fall%20of%20a%20Franchise.php
