8bitAl: I prefer the PCE/TG-16 and all the quirky "Heath Robinson"  configurations to the DUO (the DUO is nice, certainly, but lacks all the charm and personality of the other PCE/TG-16 hardware).

The GRAY CD hardware you posted is known as SUPER CD (not to be confused with the Super CD-ROM[super]2[/super] (SCD) format, which was an upgrade from the original CD-ROM[super]2[/super[/super] format for games).

Yes, it gets confusing.

That's the word I was looking for, personality.  Yes , things need a personality! I drive a n '89 Mk2 Golf Gti
for that very reason.

So let me get this right; the orange and grey CoreGrafx 2 has a super CD plumbed into the back of it?

Will said CD attachment play all CD games with the correct Hu card stuck in the front?

Quote from: 8bitAl on 07/24/2015, 08:09 AMYeah, that's a bit Heath Robinson.
I'm guessing he's a disorganized British guy (possibly drank his tea from his crumpet dish and crumpets from tea cups)?

QuoteThere was a CoreGrafx 2 with a CD attachment in the same colour on eBay the other day, the CD was just clipped into the rear port, out of all that I've seen so far, that was the most aesthetically pleasing.
Really? I see it like this.

Errrrrrr, right. :-k :-"

Heath Robinson was and artist famous for his drawings of "contraptions" that were overly complicated. I'm sure he was a fan of Crumpets, most folk are.

As for the Duo, I think it's to do with the mauve details maybe?? Idk, probably much the same as one guy preferring Blondes over Brunettes, it's all down to personal preference.

Yeah, that's a bit Heath Robinson.

I find the Duo a bit uninspiring tho.

Hi Guys,

This just landed.

IMG

Having only experience with emulators in the past I'm not 100% on how to use them.

So, I've got a  question in two parts.

1, Is it just a case of dragging roms onto the SD card then bunging it in the Everdrive?

2, Or is there a process I need to go through first?

Any help would be awesome.

Thanky.

Alex. :)

QuoteAl, what are you running as far as OBEY? PC engine? Turbo Grafx? Or one of the many variants of DUOS? If you have a U.S Duo, you probably want to get that puppy recapped as soon as possible, Keith Courage would be the man to talk to on capping and possibly selling refurbished units.
I'm running a TurboGrafx, there's a guy over here selling new old stock TG-16's, for £89 I thought "why not"

Quote from: esteban on 07/16/2015, 11:31 PMAlex, here is a list of shooters, which you can re-sort by various categories:

Also, to answer your other question:
