No, you saying "and [with] the following mods done to it" followed by a listing of the three mods is what explained that they're mods.  Your worthless definitions accompanying said list added nothing of value and sure as hell didn't explain exactly what you were expecting.  If you were half as smart as you think you are, you'd have stated which component video (s-video, YP_BP_R, etc.) and region mod (8PDT, obey chip, switchless, etc.) you actually want.  Any competent modder will ask.

In any case posting again just to insult me for complaining about someone being offtopic is a pretty poor thing for a "moderator" to do.  As is making excuses about how someone is on topic when they are clearly not. (It is called the letter and spirit of the law, I suggest you google it. Good moderators would realize that while being a jackass about something in the topic is "on topic" it doesn't contribute anything helpful to the topic and is actually negative and derailing; thus making it off topic.) Considering you added fuel to the fire not only are you a poor moderator but you are actually a negative influence. With this in mind I advise you to resign.

You're on the wrong forum if you're expecting nazi mods that'll bend to your every whim and protect you from anything even remotely untoward.  I'm not going anywhere, so you can either grow a thicker skin or learn to lock your threads if you insist that nobody post in them.

I never asked that nobody post in the thread, just that they post on topic (about selling a console, not nit picking my wording or insulting me for asking people be on topic. The rules do clearly say to stay on topic.)

Ironically in trying to make my post more clear and save myself time dealing with morons that don't have what I'm trying to buy morons have leapt on that as an excuse to post despite not having what I'm trying to buy.

You should really reconsider being a moderator. You kinda suck at it. Maybe try a different position like troll that gets banned for being douche?

Some people do not. I made the same request from someone that sold modded consoles on ebay and they didn't understand "jailbar mod" meant a mod to remove jailbars and started talking to me about their inventory and which consoles had the least visible jailbars.

Also not everyone knows what component video is and might just assume "yea sure mine does that".

Title says it all. Looking for a Ntsc-U turbo duo with capacitors replaced and the following mods done to it:
Jailbar mod - removes jailbars
Component video - adds component video output
region free - Allows the console to accept cards from non-ntsc-u areas.
