In 2015, it's easier and far cheaper to put games onto physical HuCards.

Doesn't sound like a complaint to me. Sounds more like he is disappointed that the post office cracked it, and he is probably well aware that it can be fixed. Most people have lots of CD cases laying around that can be pilfered for parts.

You're right ! It was just to inform that i finaly got my games but package seems to have been shocked. That's all.
I'll switch the case by myself of-course.

I haven't seen Arkan's HuCard and how it "works".

With the model we use some friends and i, we just need less than half an hour, sticker included, to make one.

But i must admit that it's not a very funny work making multiples copies. I made some batch of homebrew game in the past (Super Parigo Kart SNES and Barbarian C64 for megadrive).

Yours does not take into account the actual fabrication time of the card.

Ours is fully 3D printed ourselves, and the ROM chip is SMT, and covered.

We went with transfer decals for the labels with the hope that they will last longer than stickers, and won't peel off over time.


But yes if you haven't gotten an invoice, you missed batch #1.

Some of you just barely missed it by a few orders. :-/

but don't worry, it's coming.

The PCBs were made by a friend (Ichigobankai), i only made the solder work.

I'm the guy who ordered the batch of 18 new Sapphire 2 years ago for the French forum members.
Time have passed and i don't remember exactly, but i'm sure that this order come from Germany, and the guy that sell us those bootleg was called Tobias. Very cool guy who made discount prices for our big order; About 35€ for a single copy.
