I'm Yuan-Hao, one of the creators of Wind and Water: Puzzle Battles
Though the Dreamcast is "dead", you would be amazed about how things work in Japan, the last official GD-ROM title was Karous, released last year (yes, 2007) and actually it was one of the best selling games the week it was released in SEGA too!
the game comes with a 40-page long manual and I'm a 100% sure that you won't beat the whole game in less than 30 hours. The story mode is quite long and will keep you entertained even if you're not too fond of puzzle games, but if you're into puzzle games I can safely say that you'll get lots of fun, here are the online stats of Shinra, a W&W player from the GP2X version who has played more than 100 hours: http://users.wind-water.net/stats.php?nick=Shinra
