My Duo-R is in decent shape. It's barely got the dreaded "yellow" disease, however in certain light a tiny bit of yellow shows itself along with a lot of smudges that I can't seem to get rid of. Is there anyone here that does any kind of service to improve the looks of a Duo-R?

[Console Repair/Mod Center / Strange Hu-Card problem]

I just recently picked up Final Soldier off eBay for the PCE. I plug it into my adapter, then into my Turbo CD and I get sound but no graphics. If I hit "RUN" I get a flash of light but then back to blank screen. To narrow down the problem I try it in my SuperGrafx...same exact problem. The Huey looks okay, but has minor label damage. Any ideas?

I just can't seem to win when it comes to getting one of these. My Turbo CD has been a great and faithful unit, but I really need to retire it to a backup/show unit.

I am close to tracking down a FZ-1 and I have a question. I have heard that one would need memory manager software that was included with the system to, well, manage the saved games. Is this true? I had one of these in high school but for the life of me I can't seem to remember.

[PCE/TG-16|CD/SGX Discussion / Perplexed by Turbo/PCE Parallax]

I was playing Ys III and Ninja Gaiden recently and started to wonder why in these two games the parallax is so choppy, and scrolls the wrong way to boot? I know the Turbo is capable of beautiful parallax, but these two games seem to be cursed. In the cinemas for Ninja Gaiden there is clearly gorgeous parallax with Ryo in the foreground and a temple in the back. Strange...

Are there any other games like these? Do any of you tech heads here have any answers to this weird issue?

I have a brand new controller and extension cable and sometimes button I stops functioning for unknown reasons. I am assuming that it is the controller port. Is there any repair options to remedy this? I'd hate to buy a new Turbo Grafx.

Apparently my Wii can become the ultimate emulation machine, but I would like to know what your opinions of it are. Thanks to our new member "batre" I have a modded Genesis that will let me play imports. Thing is I don't know a lot about Japan only Mega Drive games. Honestly, the only Raiden game I ever owned was the Jag version and I must of didn't "get it" back then. And I have never even seen an arcade version that made the game famous in my life! [General Gaming / In The Hunt (Saturn)]

I heard from a friend that the Saturn version of In The Hunt won't run on certain Saturn models. I just recently bought the game, and sure enough it won't play on my Model 1. Unfortunately, I just bought the Saturn, thought that the system was malfunctioning, and sent it back to the seller. Fortunately, he bought me a new stand alone Model 1 as a replacement. Anyway, my point is do any of you know which models don't have this problem and do you know anything more about this issue?

[Fighting Street / Some Digital Press members blame PCFX for Spreading Drama]

I was reading a new thread on Digital Press where a member was inquiring on where RoyVegas's Turbo collecting site went, and a lot of members were mentioning the flame wars here. They said that we unleashed Nintega over to DP, and that this site is nothing but a dramafest basically. The ignorance of some members on DP really pissed me off! I can't link the thread because it's one of those sites where the URL in the browser remains www.digitalpress.com/ no matter what page I am viewing. It's in the Classic Gaming forum under "Turbo Collector.com- Who Owns It?"

I just wish we could all get along.
