Well... it was short-lived. I was going to keep at it, but I have a few other collections I should not neglect, plus extra money goes toward my wedding and an extra plane ticket to see my son. I'm thinking of doing a cross country road trip as well... so I may have to grab a garmin or something.

That stuff is much much more important to me.
If you want to throw a bid at the austion... please fee free to do so.  I'm at work right now, so I can't just toss the ebay link on here (because it is blocked at work).
I know it is item number:  320228060325

If someone wants to post a link, please do so.

Roughly 200 HU Cards
Modded PCE DUO-R (from D-Lite)
TG Express
TG Express TV adaptor
cords... adaptors... etc.
PCE Flash Card

Only 21 hu cards missing for the US collection.  Most are with Jewel case/manuals and all of them have plastic sleeves
Neutopia 2 CIB (great great box and manual!)

over 100 PCE HU Cards.
A few great ones in there (Terra Cresta II, and others).

Good stuff in other words.  :)

The reserve is low (in my opinion... in fact they almost hit it)
But if any of you just want to use the BIN... I'll give you free shipping.  :)
(That BIN is there for those that feel like they just MUST have this lot... I think it will be gone soon though as that reserve is about to be reached).

Let me know what you think.

How hard is it to simply get a loose copy?  What is the price range I'm looking at in order to add that to my collection?

:)

Thanks

Will they work on the region free PCE Engine Duo-R?

I think one of them is for the Super Grafx (1941 perhaps??).  I know I tried to play it on my TG Express a while back (after I put it on my PCE Flash Cart) and it would not load up.  I need to dig it out again and give it a try on the system I got from D-lite.

So I guess my question is... will the Supergrafx games work on the system I have?
I understand that the Arcade games will need the arcade card... but I think that is pretty much the only things I can't play right now.  Let me know if I got my facts wrong.

Thanks

Right now:

Space Invaders
It does not have to be complete.  Hu Card only will be fine for me.

Got one coming from ebay.  Surprisingly cheap as well.

Still Looking For the Below:
PC Engine hori fighting stick
Umm... I don't need the box.  LOL  Just a good WORKING stick!

Out Run
P-47
1943

Don't need them complete.  Hu Card only will work

I'll update this list from time to time

Thanks

So... being that I'm new to the PC Engine scene... which games offer more bang for the buck?

This could lead to another "Top ten" blah blah blah topic... but perhaps it won't.

Mainly I was looking to see which game did you buy for little money... but then found out that the actual gameplay is awesome?  Give me a few of your favorites... in both the Hu card and CD formats.

Well... Here is what I need for completing my US Hucard collection.  I'm not looking to buy a lot of stuff right now (especially the high priced items)... but eventually I was looking to grab some of these items.  Especially the lower-end things... and cases and manuals.  If you have spare HU Card jewel cases... I would be interested in those so I can make some cases for the games that did not come with Jewel Cases.

Eventually I will probably just mark off Magical Chase and a few others from the lists.  The PC Engine equivulants will work just fine for me.

Without further ado... here's my list.  Just keep me in mind if you got some extra stuff.  Right now my interest is towards the PC Engine stuff... but I know I'll eventually like to grab a few more of these games.

Can anyone help with the LADY SWORD Jap menus?

I can't figure out what the different options are and what to do in each of the menus do to it being all in Jap.

I also run into a lot of characters I do not have to fight (some floating woman's head, and a few others.

:)  I figured I'd try this out on my PCE Flash card.  It seems like a pretty cool game thus far

Thanks.

Aside from the label artwork... which Hu Cards on the PC Engine side of the house are different than the US versions?  Different gameplay/scenes/etc?

I'm just wondering if I should aquire the Jp versions even though I already have the US version.  I think I will eventually for the artwork alone, but just curious if certain HU Cards were 'edited' for release in the US.

:)

Thanks.

Now I'm going to go load a few games on my Flash card to try out.   I'm going to try an assortmant of shooters/rpg/platform and hell... I may even throw a couple of 'adult' oriented games.  Actually the only one I know of on the HU card side is Strip Fighter.  Are there others?

Strange request... I know...

But I'm looking for an Atari Lynx game that was a bit different than the US release.

I know this is a PC-ENGINE forum... but it would be great if you can help me out in this area as well.

What I'm looking for is KLAX
Look at the pictures below to see what I need:

The one I need is the one with the strange LUMP in it.  (the one on the left)

The box:

It is not needed... but if I can get it as well... that would be great!

If anyone has any leads as t where I can get one... that would be great.

Now... back to PC Engine stuff!  (I just ordered my system and games!  I can't wait to get them!!!!  :) :) :)

Hello.  I'm new here.  Someone pointed me to this forum when I decided I wanted to get a PC Engine Duo-r.  They told me not to get a US Duo... just to go straight for the PC Engine version.

Either way... the first question is about Spine Cards.  What are they?  LOL
I see them, but really don't know what they are and what they are for.

Second...  I plan on buying one of the wonderful modded PC Engine Duo-Rs here.  It is one with the S-Video/Region mod.  Silly question... what about SUPER CD games... or the Arcade type games?  I don't know a lot about the different types of games.... so I'm just asking general questions.

As for the TB card... the general concept is that I save the game to the DUO... and then I insert the TB card and save it to it (or back-up the save).  Correct?

Okay...  I'm going to dive into the forums now and read as much as I can.  I'll check this later... who knows... I may find my answers once I dig around some more.

Nice to meet all of you.
