There I was across the street at my friends house, and some guy who lives there has a bunch of stuff strewn around in boxes...something caught my eye, and I bent to investigate. Sure enough, it was Double Dungeons..along with 10 or 12 more Turbo games all in their cd cases..The guy was on vacation but I guess he was just going to throw them away! I was also told by my friend.."yeah, he's got a few more of these weird games..never seen'em before..he'll probably just give em to you.."  Imagine..I thought I was the only one in my town who had this stuff...

Can't wait til he gets back and I'll give a full report! -Doom

Just wondering if you guys have been tracking the new controller for the Revolution...pretty nifty..Nintendo is turning away from the console wars and going in a completely new direction, saying that siply trumping the competitor's hardware specs is not enough, and the intensity of the specialized gaming experience is creating a narowing market in japan, with the world sooto follow... I love trailblazers..and NEC is collaborating to make some of the hardware:)

Hey Mindrec has some pics of their RPG on their blogger!   and a game called PC gunjin...Sweet!  This makes me want to support them by getting meteor blaster..anyone played it?  is it cool?  I am excited now....I wonder if  we could round up some old Hudson programmers to help give these games some more impact...they must be out there,  trying to keep the heat going..maybe they would....

Alright..I am putting myself on the laughing block,  But I love this game.  Granted, i am a platformer/RPG/shooter guy. Back in the day,  my buddy and i would play series after series of this game against each other,and now like 14 years later we picked it back up and still luv it.  yes, the programming is faulty,  sometimes it doesn't even follow real basketball rules, like charging callls and free throws for the wrong transgressions.  there is no music,  and a weird in betwen courts screen where you pick plays...BUT  it is not commercial, and the players have goofy names named after the programmers,  all with different abilities,  and it is better than takin it to the hoop, (in which the 2nd player cannot pick up a rebound, try it and see)...with just a little more tweaking,  they could have done so much with it, especially on cd...if only mindrec would... dunno..just another crappy turbo game that for some reason stuck and its reply value has been immense....any feedback?

Just curious,  did early original PCE games come with a box AND jewelcase?  or just jewelcase..and if so..did they eventually go to just the plastic tray..i suspect not..as the tray method was doubtles a means for poor TTI to save some bucks....or maybe they came with a slidecover,  like supergrafx games...any help?  I never see any PCE games up with a box,  so I think no box..but you never know

Ok...as a fledgeling collector,  I would like to see everyone's ideas on the rarest turbo games hucard and cd,  and an idea of dollar amounts being paid right now for these great games...

help me with the order...
-Magical chase Was the rarest,  I have seen it go for $250, but lately for $191
-Might& Magic III very rare,  I paid $255!  ouch
-Bonk 3 scd was just  purchased buy it now for $250..what is the real value?
-Super Air Zonk scd anyone?
-Bonk 3 hucard is going for $85-120 or so
-Dracula X   not as rare as everyone thinks?  I got a mint original for $129 yes I know it is aPCE game..and we should have a list for that system too,  but we all want it...
-Beyond Shadowgate....complete with the poster,  some guy is selling it for $209,  it is also available for $169 not complete.I have been advise tha it is actually in the $120 range
-Terraforming..$89 to 120 or so
-Dungeon Explorer II complete,  maybe $125
-Godzilla. scd...$85-100
-anyone got any info on Dynastic Hero?  
-the girlcollectors..hawaii  and bikini....$140-?
