@GTV reviews the Cosmic Fantasy 1-2 Switch collection by Edia, provides examples of the poor English editing/localization work. It's much worse for CF1. Rated "D" for disappointment, finding that TurboGrafx CF2 is better & while CF1's the real draw, Edia screwed it up...

The creator of the GDEmu and Rhea/Phoebe --SD card replacement boards of the optical drives-- for the Dreamcast and Saturn respectively has recently posted that work on a PCE device along those lines is progressing.

Have a look:

Quote from: majors on 04/15/2016, 08:02 AMI HAD one from a lot buy and used it for 5-plyer setups. I recently gave it to a new RF PCE owner(Gus Money), I figured it should be reunited with it's family. I still have more than 5 pads, so donating one was not an issue.
And it is my go to pad, thanks Majors.

I rarely need turbo.

Quote from: spawnshop on 02/06/2016, 05:00 PMBeen playing Sidearms... Sidearms is cool, but crazy hectic.
I cannot put Sidearms down, nice title.  Graphics are top notch.  The box art is glued into my mind for whatever reason when I play this.

I have also been playing Ryukyu.  Nice little poker puzzler.  Those guys at FACE make some damn fine games and can turn anything into a puzzle (money, cards, etc).

I think NHL '94, as odd as it may sound, is my favorite video game, ever.  I am not sure of a game I have played more over the twenty-two years it has been out.  I can always pick it up.

Thanks for the video, J.

Very satisfied.  Just my way of saying hello and that I am here! (Stop bitching about the audio.)

What is all of this "Obey" talk?  I'm a n00b.

I am cheap and have wanted to get into PCE for sometime but have been held back by the cost of admission for what many have recommended as a default setup (Duo-R [recapped and RGB modded] and TED).

So I bucked that good but pricey advice and about a month ago bought a $26 PCE that looks like it was covered in poop at some point off of ebay.  This unit came with no cabling of any kind.

Since that purchase, I have oxi-cleaned the case and am waiting for a sunny day to peroxide it back to a color resembling white.  A power cable and controller were acquired by trading a PVM to a nefarious user on here.  Looking forward to scooping an rgb card off of db electronics in his next run.  A TED was purchased on Black Friday from SAG.

Anyway, that is where I am at.  Looking forward to enjoying my console and this community.  Thanks for having me.

Not sure of the exact year it was but the GI Joe USS Flag aircraft carrier was the little kid go ape shit Christmas morning for me.

The thing was over seven foot long and took up most of my small Philadelphia row house bedroom.  Most GI Joe toys of the time had some stickers to apply.  This thing had pages of stickers.  So many so that my Pop and I gave up applying them at some point.

Anyway, it was the bomb.
