Hello everyone,

I am new to the forum and relatively new to pc-e/tg16 collecting.
I was referred to these forums from a local friend here in Quebec Canada who highly suggested I check it out.

So far I am really happy I have. Been lurking all day and I have found multiple threads with a plethora of useful information and interesting reads.

So yeah, I never really had a tg16 when I was younger since my parents only had  a budget permitting me to have one console and it was pretty much unknown of in our neck of the woods. I have however been collecting various video games for a while and have been eyeing the tg16 for several years.

I finally made the choice to buy one like 6 months back and decided to go with a pc-e duo-r which I moded for rgb and removed the region lock. So far I have a few games such as Bonk's revenge, ninja spirit, ys book I & II, space harrier, Far East of Eden and well... an everdrive for those I can't afford.

My local friend (which I still don't know his forum handle, ... Saguenay, Quebec... manifest yourself  ) helped me get a few of those and I am very grateful.

My experience so far with the system has been great. I love it.
From all the consoles I own currently this is by far my favorite.

Looking forward to getting to know allot of you and enjoying several more years with this awesome console.

I have a pc engine duo-r and when I went to buy the MDIN8's from monoprice they were out of stock.
I ended up getting some from solid signal. They were only 3$ per cable but are pretty much the same thing, mac MDIN8 beige cables.
They are pretty much the same color as the console and I have a white pc-e controller, so It works out fine :)

I would however not order these if you are not in the states.
I was charged more for shipping since I am from Canada.
They contacted my via email and asked for me to make a 2nd payment...

These would be cheap if you are in the US though...
