2/13/2025: Localization News - Cosmic Fantasy 3-4!Rather earth-shattering news in the PC Engine / TurboGrafx-16 community: Cosmic Fantasy 3 & 4 has been officially localized to English by Edia 30 years later for the Switch! Hard to believe! I know their script quality is poor given the 1&2 port but still good to see.

I'm convinced that the SGX problems are related to the PCB thickness of v2.4. The thickness of the v2.4 carts varied greatly due to some new supplier Krikzz was using. See the pictures here. My guess is that he might have standardized the PCB thickness again in v2.5.
When you say you're convinced it's a thickness issue, do you know if it's thicker or thinner than it's supposed to be?
Hope you are able to get the issue resolved, there are a lot of smart people here who hopefully can give some insight into the issue
