Not trying to smear anyone, sir. Someone brought up your name in another thread and I was only sharing my own personal experience. I, myself, am an "old timer" and was a member of the Turbo List since 1996. But that stuff is irrelevant and has no bearing on how we conduct ourselves. Just putting my own experience out there. Others can use that information as they see fit. Selling online is not 100% in the transaction alone, at least 20% is how you deal with customers (and potential customers).

You can say whatever you will but the fact stands that you hijacked my thread with a reply to a different thread. If that isn't an intentional smear, you're just lying to yourself. Try getting over yourself man. Your offer was what I considered a lowball so I wrote it off but you've taken it very personally. I make no illusions that I am trying to get a decent price for these games. No need to make out that you guys are somehow saviors of the scene by exorcising someone who doesn't act how you want them to or sell at prices you want. Fake offers by PM to check my responses? Sounds like some teenage myspace antics. Grow up guys.

As you have said, it's pretty obvious we wouldn't come to an agreement so I let it die out just as many other sellers on many other forums do. Why waste your or my time? Obviously, you're entitled to feel the way you are. Oldtimers like GP know that I've been around for over a decade in the PCE scene and have plenty of positive feedback. I do find it odd that I am getting bad feedback over not a transaction but just PMs and that you are going out of your way to smear me (especially since you are a mod here).

Don't expect Shou to work with you on price at all. He says "make an offer" and if he doesn't like your offer, rather than counteroffer, he'll send a rude reply and then just ignore you.

Apologies if you think it was rude but your offer was by far the lowest out of several forums and PMs. Not to lump you in the same pack but I am tired of people saying I'll give $50 for all of those games which is obviously not even close to market value. If I offered $100 for a mint complete Sapphire, I would expect to be laughed at, if I got it for that much, great, if not, I wouldn't complain about it as I'm trying to get a really good deal.

In these financially trying times, there is a reason why people are selling games with high value. If you don't agree with the current value, you can always wait for someone else who doesn't need the money or value a given game as much.

I do have an FXGA running in my 9821An. Took me awhile to understand how the file slot SCSI interface works and actually had to buy the old MS ASPI manager software but the actual installation is easy. It's unfortunate that it still only runs in S-Video at best.
