Hey Chris,

I was active in the community, and was running PC Engine Retro Magazine for a few issues in around 2008, then life got busy and other things took priority. My 5 year old son has taken on a passion for the Turbo Grafx 16, and I can now enjoy the system with him, which is awesome. I recently decided to jump back on here a few days ago and catch up with some old acquaintances, as it is nice to just relax and enjoy our favorite console. I ran across this post, and checked out your Youtube page. I am quite sure you have had many people already say this, but amazing work man. Your reviews are top notch quality work. Keep up the great work.

Yeah Game Dude has been around for many years.  I used to get the Game Dude mail order price list catalog when I was younger and first purchased the TG-16 from Electronics Boutique.  They are one of the rare companies that have managed to stay in business.

Hey guys,

I am sorry that I took a while to get back on here.  Things got really busy for a few months.  I am running another magazine out of the video game industry and it has really taken off.  Other than that, my full time employment is busier than ever, I got married, and life has been great.  I really enjoy putting the magazines together, but things have been crazy.  Any ideas would be appreciated and if anyone would wish to help on this project, feel free to reach out.  Too many projects right now, but I did not want to just drop off the face of the earth.

Ahhh, good call there Duo_R, well, I have a long history with the Turbo Grafx that takes me back many years, haha.  I originally owned the Turbo Grafx 16 when I was a kid and the very first game that I purchased was Neutopia II.  I played it and beat in many times over when I owned it.  About 6 years ago, my Turbo Grafx had broken with the help of my dog chewing through wires and frying it, ugggg.  Anyway, I made the unfortunate mistake of selling my collection, in which I later deeply regreted.  So here we are a few years later, I now own a Core Grafx and would really like to rebuild my original collection as well, which includes replacing the beloved Neutopia II.  So there you have it.  I really enjoy the feedback and thank you.  BTW, I will be including some of these posts as letter to the editor in future issues, so thank you for the wonderful feedback.

I am currently working on issue two of PC Engine Retro Magazine.  I am looking for PC Engine/Turbo Grafx collection pictures for the magazine.  Send a picture of your collection to be included in PC Engine Retro to caa718@yahoo.com.  I am also looking for feedback for the magazines letter to the editor.  If you have any comments or feedback about the magazine, you can also send it to caa718@yahoo.com.

I just wanted to announce that I added a .pdf version of the magazine.  When you click on current version now, you will be directed to a page where you will select if you wish to view the Flash version or the .pdf version of the magazine.  Let me know what you all think.  I am also interested in knowing which version of the magazine most people prefer to read.
