Yame has been prety reliable to me so far . You gotta love it can play four diferent formats , three of which belong to nintendo (NES , SNES , GB) . Couldn't find any working emulator for the SNES that makes external save states (which made playing through Super Bonk 2 a real pain cause , even if the game is marvelously big and overall beautifull , it doesn't run on yame without sprites flickering) . I dunno if it's some setting thing , honestly .

@ San Juan Wolf- Are you holding the run button down as you jump in NAI?

Been playing a little bit of Star Parodier lately. It's a decent game, but I am coming off the heels of Parodius Da! and Star Parodier pales in comparison IMO.

Not sure about that .

But I do think that I was pressing the run button as would anyone in this situation , unless the "run" button refers to the one starting the game (or any other specific button outside the d-pad) .

Finished "Final Soldier" yesterday . Fun shooter which didn't get dificult till level 5 for me . Dunno what to try now . Maybe Parodus or (finaly) Magical Chase .

Also played through Niko Niko Pun , but that took all of ten minutes . I would have been pissed had I actualy payed for it .

Then re-played through Hana Taka Daka , got all the pieces and.....didn't even get diferent credits .

Also currently am at the begining of Youkai Douchuuki , but I don't realy know what to buy from the shop as most of it has no use when I try bringing it up .

Finaly about NAI , I got to a spot early on that I can't jump over normaly any ideas ?

(That reminds me I need to replay Wonderboy and finish it)

Hello there . You may remember how a while ago I said I can't get any CD games to work on emulators .

I would wish to ask , as I am completly new to CD emulation , what emulator you think os the best , along with an alternative or two (in case it doesn't work) , and more importantly , what I need .

I tried getting "Riot Zone" to work and downloaded what I asume is a "rom" equivalent here

However I don't know what this is suposed to run on , nor do I know what "Iso"'s are .

Could anyone please explain ?

Okay I figured out wht went wrong . The Deloreon scores points realy weird , even if I get it when it's stil there at the highest altitude the game thinks it's already gone so it doesn't award points . Gave mte the 3000 points I was missing .

Oh I'm interested in taking on the game . All I'm saying is I can't quite seem to get enough even if I get mostly everything .

The only things I usualy miss is the guy jumping from a window and the falling plane cause they are such a bitch to get without getting hit (the second one anyway)

Hana Taka Daka! Interesting flying shooter of the character variety , but I am kinda stuck in the bonus (cake) stage of level 4 and I don't know how many more ants throwing strawberries I can stand ! :O

@ Arkhan : wait so he sent you the games ? I know , from personal experience that once your auction acount gets closed lots of the time , sending out the items is just not worth it anymore . Especialy if you keep getting hits on buy it now (not on ebay) that ram your fees up the ass and no one actualy wants to pay .

This happened lots of time . Auction has specificaly written you had to pay first . Guy buys it now then sends a message asking for a "personal meeting" aka to give it over hand to hand . Rinse and repeat for another five people , and you have yourself a problem .

I once even got a message saying I was "suspicious" for trying to sell items I don't physicaly own at the moment !

I am dodging shit and photographing all the bizarre shit . But I can't get past the first level . Maybe I shouldn't snapshot the "panty" moments (except on the statue of Liberty I mean if that's not a winner I don't know what is ) .

Also getting the falling plane snapshot is a bitch and it doesn't apear to bring any points .

Which makes me sad cause this looks like I game I realy wanna like .

I found this interesting little game , only problem is  I can't get beyond the first stage . You'd think photographing flying saucers and the statue of liberty's panties would suffice .

Well like I said I only finished the first level for now .

While I am not a fan of shooters this one is sufficiently diferent from others in that you don't control a boring ol' ship , so I think I may like it .

Have you ever tried Image Fight? If you find most shooters boring you may like Image Fight because of the red pods.

I don't think I have .

Reminds me of another game , a free internet one , where you catch shapes by the sound of music and try to expand your dot as much as possible , but that's beside the point .

I realy agree especialy with how anoying the levels become when the spear droping guys get introduced .

That and the second boss realy looks lame as hell .

Edit : as for Aoi Blink , the rom simply does not work . The title screen goes up and so do the demos but when I press the run buton I get the next screen but no matter what button I press , nothing happens .

As for Don Doko Don , I'm curently in the 30's levels and boy are they anoyingly hard . Right at the scorpion boss too .

Yeah I know . What I meant is I can not for the life of me arange them to look to naturaly blend into one another when viewed from a distance . Like hair for example .

I can edit pictures though , for example the Poop God from Toilet kids , I basicly turned him into a black guy in a read hat .

Not sure if I can do anything from scratch though . Maybe I'm just too afraid of it actualy .

I dunno , I have problems doing drawing anything like that in paint cause I always screw up the "border areas" aka the areas where one color more or less passes into the next .

I have a few ideas but never managed to have them materialise . Like a platformer involving snowmen .

Problem there is I find most of the time it's randomly generated . I could be wrong but repeated replays show that lots of the stuff changes location .

Also I find the programing on the bosses to be terrible at times . Like that octopus guy . It takes one hit yet getting there is so damn akward . It's like the Chimera when you can just walk behind it and kill it from behind without it attacking you once , only in a bad way .

I have always wondered about this sort of thing . I tried doing something on game maker but all I did was make a bunch of swastika platforms with a gigantic Swarzenegger doing a nazi salute as a "boss" and being killed by jumping on it's head .

But sadly I have never found out how to make sprites or anything , while I do have lots of ideas , I find no real way to execute them .
