@GTV reviews the Cosmic Fantasy 1-2 Switch collection by Edia, provides examples of the poor English editing/localization work. It's much worse for CF1. Rated "D" for disappointment, finding that TurboGrafx CF2 is better & while CF1's the real draw, Edia screwed it up...

You might want to just contact doujindance and see if he'll make you a cable with an amp built in.   When I bought my Duo-R from him I wanted both euro SCART and j-scart cables because I didn't know if I would be using an XRGB or not.   He made me an extra cable and charged me the cost of parts.

I'd really like to have one if you don't mind.  Let me know.

Well I bought one of doujindance's modded Duo-R machines off ebay.   He offered to give me the Japan RGB-21 cable in addition to the euro SCART cable for a small extra fee.  (just incase I ever decide to get an XRGB).  Can't wait!

Thank you!  And thanks incrediblehark for the advice.  That sounds logical.  I'm just not familiar with SCART anything.

Hi all,

New to the forum.  I'm considering getting an RGB modded Duo-R.  My question is that the seller offers either a European SCART cable or a Japan SCART cable.  I'm not sure which would be of more use to me here in the US.  I may someday get an XRGB, making the J-SCART necessary, but I'm not about to plock down the cash for one of those any time soon.    The monitors/televisions I'd be hooking the system up to all have either VGA, HDMI, or component video inputs so I'd need to get some sort of SCART -> (HDMI/component/vga) adapter also.  Are those adapters usually made for European SCART pin-outs?

Thanks for any advice!
