Oh yeah I back what rag-time is saying.  Keep those units together with matching serials if you can help it.

Also if I ever find the manuals for the cd rom & IFU I'll contact you, however they are probably long gone.

Ha unfortunately for me henry & ragtime did.

I did a basic clean on the 'goony' 2 controllers and still couldn't get that I button to work.  You may also get that second multitap to work as well with any luck.

Arkhan I was going to suggest to mods to close this thread since the sale's over, but since you have some unfinished business due to your pal ducking out on you, I'll just leave it to you to take this thread on home.  Cool?

Thanks for the feedback on the other forum.  I'm selling my 3DO lot now if you know of a good forum to list that on, or know someone interested please let me know.  Good luck and enjoy.

It's like Inuyasha meets Mah Jong meets Twilight Zone meets stupidity.

War of the Dead about made me try to learn Japanese in hs.  Frustrating because I'd wander around for hours and without knowing I'd trade in a bazooka for a cap gun.

Good to meet you Arkhan.  Hope you enjoy, it's good to know someone your age appreciates the great games and systems from my 'old' era.  It's a nice hobby to have, trust me I grew up as addicted as they come.  Don't ever let anyone tell you different.

Yes I can confirm $300 and Arkhan was a great buyer communicated well and paid as agreed.

Hey Ragtime I just found my manuals for the IFU & CDRom, they were underneath a bunch of old Intellivision game boxes.

Hey Scarlet glad you made it over!

If you still had those manuals teh lot wouldve been sold already!

If you ever do find em i hope youll try to track down the buyer of the lot.

One thing i'm curious about in the lot is that little technical manual for the CDROM2[/quote]
Truth.  Not sure where they are.  If I do find them later in life I'll come back here to locate whoever I sold it to.  I dug so deep in the old closets I was kicking up old Intellivision controller inserts.  No luck.

As far as that manual, I think it was a PC Engine magazine insert from back in the day.  I remember 2 PC Engine magazines I subscribed to.  One of them had a cartoon gorilla (someone here should know what I'm talking about) and the insert was from that magazine.

I may have the bundle sold soon, but I don't think the person buying it is attached to that insert if you want to discuss it.  If I make a final deal with a buyer I'll have to see what they think of course.

Thanks for letting me know this forum was back up.

Hey folks.

If any of you want individual items please email me or send a PM with an offer.

I promise I'm not going to drag this out for weeks and Arkhan has been good with communication, so I'm not going to leave him hanging.  I'm going to leave this available until Wednesday or so.

E-mail me with any questions gobux@neo.rr.com

Thanks & take care.

I'm in North Central Ohio, near Cedar Point.  I'm not in an urgent hurry to sell this so I can be patient for the right offer when folks either have the time or $ available.

On a personal note, I bought all of this when I was a teenager from a Japanese video game store in California.

This is and always will be my favorite video game system of all time, because I was the only kid in the area to have anything like it.  My friends were bumbling around with Sega & Nintendo while I showed them this 'Japanese system that played games the size of credit cards' and they all flipped out.  When I also bought and attached the CDRom system (remember at the time there wasn't really anything like it on a console) half of the high school about had a heart attack.

I spent many a night with 4 other pals playing Motoroader, Soccer, Fire Pro Wrestling, Beach Volleyball and Power League until the sun came up.  Playing RPG's was a b*#^h sometimes since everything was in Japanese, but it was fun nonetheless...

For the life of me I can't find my manuals to the IFU or CDRom or else it would be a collector's dream.  Still it's a very nice working set considering I've had it around the past 21 years or so.

I'm getting old...
